Jose Manuel "Anel" Paz, (born Buenos Aires, November 14, 1963) is a guitarist, singer, songwriter, recording engineer, and producer. Since childhood, music and musical instruments fascinated him. His parents supported his vocation and when he was six years old he was sent to Collegium Musicum to study music and flute. His family moved to Flores and at this time of games in the neighborhood, encouraged by their parents, he listened classical music, jazz, tango, folk, rock, Brazilian music, artists as Franz Liszt, Elvis Presley, José Larralde, Paco de Lucia, Eduardo Falu, Frank Sinatra. He attended seminars with Al Di Meola, Robben Ford, Albert Lee, Joe Pass, Tommy Tedesco, Steve Trovato, Carl Verheley, and others.
